Bright Cupcake card

A quick card for a little friend. This one works for the following challenges:
- Splitcoast stampers WT224- use bright & bold colors
- Pile it on - uses purple & at least one other challenge
- Paper Play - include something sweet (cupcake)
- Pink Persimmon - include a cupcake
- I also used this week's sketch #121 at Card Positioning System

    I love it... and oh gosh... you should have warn me about the bright colors... LOL!!! just kiddin' great way of achieving the WT224 challenge! I still have to do that one! still thinking about it!

    oh I like that sketch, for some reason I totally forgot to do CPS this week... hmm....
